FUJIAN LIANHE XINSHI LAW FIRM (hereinafter referred to as "Xinshi Quanzhou") is a branch office established in Quanzhou by Fujian Lianhe Xinshi Law Firm in 2001, and it has been 19 years since its establishment. Xinshi Quanzhou has a stable team of lawyers, which currently has nine partners, 23 practicing lawyers and five trainee lawyers. Its existing office premises are located at 17/F, Xiangbancaizhi Plaza, Fudong Road, New Administrative Center, Fengze District, Quanzhou City with an office area of over 2,000 square meters. The person in charge of Xinshi Quanzhou is a lawyer representing LIAO Yi. Xinshi Quanzhou has been awarded the title of "AAAA" creditworthiness law firm for six consecutive years since 2011, and assessed as "excellent" by Quanzhou Municipal Justice Bureau for many years consecutively, and awarded the "Excellent Law Firm in Fujian Province for Year 2014 – 2015" award in 2017 (there are only four firms in Quanzhou region). In 2019, Xinshi Quanzhou Branch was awarded the title of the Provincial Advanced Party Organization of Lawyer Industry by the Fujian Lawyers Industry Committee of the Communist Party of China.

In December 2015, Xinshi Quanzhou Law Firm and lawyer  Liao Yi City were listed in the first list of administrators of the Intermediate People's Court of Quanzhou City for enterprise bankruptcy cases to serve as social intermediaries and individual bankruptcy administrators. In 2016, Xinshi Quanzhou served as the bankruptcy administrator of Quanzhou Yongfeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Fujian Anxi Guangfu Packing Co., Ltd., Langchao (Fujian) Department Store Co. Ltd. and Fujian Pioneer Electronics Co. Ltd., and promoted the bankruptcy reorganization of Quanzhou Yongfeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Fujian Anxi Guangfu Packing Co., Ltd. Among them,   Quanzhou Yongfeng machinery bankruptcy reorganization case was named Quanzhou Court, one of the top ten typical cases of bankruptcy reorganization. 

In terms of legal services for the reform of the rural collective property right system, the Natural Resources Bureau of Management Committee of Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone, Nanan Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau, Shishi Agricultural Office, Agriculture and Tea and Fruit Bureau of Shanxi County and Office of Chengdong Subdistrict of Fengze District, People's Government of Guanqiao Town, Nan'an City People's Government of Shijing Townof Nan'an City, Shuangyang Subdistrict Office, Luojiang District, Houlong Town People's Government of Quangang District, People's Government of Jieshan Town, Quangang District, and other departments shall provide quality agriculture-related legal services.

Xinshi Quanzhou also serves as legal counsel for the Quanzhou Municipal People's Government, the Luojiang District People's Government, the Licheng District People's Government, the Quanzhou Municipal Justice Bureau, the Quanzhou Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, the Luojiang Branch of State Land Resources Bureau and other perennial legal counsels, and actively provides legal services for governments at all levels and gives advice and suggestions. Lawyer Liao Yi, Director of the Xinshi Quanzhou Office, also serves as a legal counselor and legal aid lawyer for complaint letters and visits of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Quanzhou City, a specially-invited administrative law enforcement supervisor of the Quanzhou Municipal Justice Bureau, a member of the Volunteer Team of Key Projects of Lawyer Service in Quanzhou City, and a third-party procuration-related mediator of the People's's Procuratorate of Quanzhou City to actively fulfill his  social responsibilities. 

Xinshi Quanzhou also encouraged all lawyers to adhere to the combination of theory and practice, focus on training young lawyers in various ways, actively participate in lawyers' practical exchanges and seminars, and participate in the lawyers' debate contest in Quanzhou City. Over the past few years, the articles written in various seminars and city, province, East China Lawyers Forum have made excellent results. In 2016, five lawyers including LIAO Yi, Pan Xinshui, PAN Diquan, Zhang Xiongchi and Chen Tongjian, as well as two interns, Zheng Chunping and SUN Xiaoli, were selected to participate in the 2017 Quanzhou Lawyers' Practical Exchange and Symposium. In 2017, the symposium selected 12 "Excellence Award", Xinshi Quanzhou is divided into two papers or "Excellence Award". In 2018, Liao Yi and Sun Xiaoli were selected as the first Southeast Bankruptcy Law Forum in their thesis "Discussion on the Procedural Linkage Mechanism of Turning Around to Break ". Xinshi Quanzhou was awarded the Award for Excellent Organization of Legal Practice Exchange and Seminar in 2017 and 2019. In August 2018, three lawyers, including Xu Siya, Yahui Zhang and Zheng Chunping, represented Xinshi Quanzhou Office in the "Third Quanzhou Lawyers' Debate Contest", winning the "First Prize in the Group", Xu Siya the "Best Debater", and Yahui Zhang the "Excellent Debater". In 2019, Xusiya Attorney Xinshi Quanzhou Office participated in the Second East China Lawyers' Debate Competition organized by the East China Lawyers' Controversy Committee and won the Award of Individual Winner.
