Selected by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC and practiced international legal affairs as a practicing attorney in BOS Law Firm in Kolon, Federal Republic of Germany from June 1987- July 1988.
Being appointed as an arbitrator of Xiamen Arbitration Commission since January 1996.
